Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. 
Order Acceptance Policy     
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether FajaShop.com signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products         
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Privacy Policy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the FajaShop.com site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the FajaShop.com. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
Shipping Policy         
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.  Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by FajaShop.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Apparel  & Accessories.
All sales are final, exchanges only, with a maximum of one exchange for each item purchased.  Refunds will only be made if the product you purchase is determined by our staff to be defective.  If you are exchanging an item that is defective or we sent you the wrong size, they must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice. Returned items must be unworn, all in its original packaging with all tags attached.   The returned item must arrive at our location within 30 days of the purchase date.  There are no exceptions for an exchange after this time period.  Please note you are responsible for shipping costs when returning item(s) to us as well as the cost to re-ship your items.   Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Health related items
We offer no refund of exchanges in health related products. 
Shape wear and intimate wear
Due to health regulations,  all sales are final. ABSOLUTELLY  NO refunds or exchanges on intimate wear, such as panties, bras, girdles, underwear and shapewear.  Refunds will only be made if the product you purchased is determined by our staff to be defective.  If you are exchanging an item that is defective, they must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice.  The returned item must arrive at our location within 30 days of the purchase date.  There are no exceptions for an exchange after this time period.  Please note you are responsible for shipping costs when returning item(s) to us.  Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of item being returned and to qualify for an exchange within 30 days of purchase, they must be meet the following conditions:
  • Returned items must be unworn, all in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned items must be free of marks and scents. We strongly recommend that you are perfume or deodorant free, make up free when trying on the garment.

We recommend returning these items with a tracking as our warehouse needs to confirm receipt of your item before processing your return or exchange. 

If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy, we will not credit your return or exchange and you will be responsible for us to ship your items back.
Returning an item
To return an item, you must first contact us phone or by e-mail. Items that qualify to an exchange can be sent to:

Lost or Stolen items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with a missing package, contact us and we will provide proof of delivery.
Incorrect, incomplete addresses or unclaimed items.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order.  If you provide us with an incorrect address or missing information for a shipping address, such as a condominium address with an apartment number, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.   In the case that the item purchased had a “Free Shipping” offer and needs to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item again.   Should you decide to cancel an order that has been shipped, we reserve the right to refund you the cost, less the cost of shipping, less a re-stocking fee of 20%. We offer no refund of exchanges in health related products. 
International orders
For international orders, FajaShop.com accepts payments in the following forms: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and American Express. We do not accept bank transfers, checks or money orders on international orders.   Additional shipping cost will be billed to you separately, in case they were not originally calculated on the order.
Before processing the order, we will verify your name, billing and shipping address with your credit card company.  We may also request additional information from you to confirm the legitimacy of your order. 
Shipping to a Different Address
If you would like to ship your package to an address than your credit card billing address, we require additional information. You MUST have the phone number of the billing address on the order form so we have the ability to call to confirm your order. If the phone number does not match the phone number you have on file with your credit card company or it does not match the phone number listed in the phone book, for your security, you will be required to fax us a copy of your credit card, the three (3) digit number on the back of your credit card and your signature.
Please understand we do this to protect our customers against fraudulent transactions. Request Package be left outside.  If you request a package be left outside the shipping address or left without a signature required, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost or stolen.
